Midtwenties Productions is a Vancouver-based theatre and film company creating intimate, socially grounded stories about young adulthood, exploring themes of home, displacement, and the quiet emotional tensions of everyday life.
Founded in 2017 by actor and writer-director Beau Han Bridge, the company focuses on creating contemporary plays that addresses themes of youth, societal challenges, and coming-of-age in modern society, with early productions taking place at the Red Gate Revue Stage, Havana Theatre, and the Vancity Culture Lab. Utilizing a lo-fi, grassroots approach to theatre and focusing on intimate stories and character-driven originals, the mission with Midtwenties is to create space for emerging actors and artists to tell stage stories that resonate across all generations and subvert cultural hegemonies.
